Today I am working on my MGF 3500word individual assignment, talking about culture and business practice. I am not sure why, although I am not interested in management subject and I don’t think it’s a practical subject, I quite enjoy reading those article in this topic. Seeing that people across nations and cultures cause troubles and conflicts, there are still many funny stories due to the misunderstanding and misinterpretation. I read through those stories several time, I do not know what the CEO has done wrong and she/he has already lost her/his chance. Maybe that’s the same case that some West cannot understand why East would take responsibilities on caring their parents. I think culture can be a reason but not the whole. I meet some locals who are really care about their parents as well. I pretty love the article “Do cultural differences make a business different?” by Kanter, R.M. and Corn, R.I. They give me a different direction on thinking and I quite agree with them. Sometimes, culture becomes an excuse for some people who are not willing to face their interpersonal problem. I am typing this diary while I am doing my assignment, well, I know…that’s an excuse for myself.

New semester has entered into week three.....got many stuff to prepare and study

time goes fast and things cannot be finished =_=......haha

but feel good I finally sold all the books ^^ thanks god

Just heard someone's parents got car accident...hope everythig is alright

of coz hope Katie will get better and better, so that we can do sth on her birthday XDDDD

My first exam is on next Monday and I am really nervous.....

but still found somthing I am so appreciated^^

Really thanks to all my friends few days before....really felt surprised

and although i couldn't get the role in the Committee

I am so appreciated those have consent to be my referees^^

Exams are coming soon

It is the time I must focus on my study

but it seems a bit hard at this moment

hope everything will be alright later esp for myself

The timetable for this year is pretty good...at least I like that

This is the longest exam period that i have in Monash

it's around 15 day long....so great

If it is possible....I dun concern much about my rental

To my landlord Tony.....He makes me understand more about myself

I learn a lot because of him...

I have better understanding on legislation about rental....

I know what I should pay...

how I should pay....

what I  SHOULD NOT pay....

And what I can and should do....

I definitly have a GOOD lesson....because of him....

Be careful when you meet someone who looks really friendly and nice to you

Think careful before you say something and do something

And always make yourself an "Exit" in anytime....juz for "emergency"
